Shipping & Returns

All DVDs are shipped via the US Postal Service, using the following services:

Domestic:
Priority Mail, Express Mail, and sometimes First Class Mail

Delivery Estimates:
Priority Mail - 2-3 business days
Express Mail - 1-2 business days

Depending on order size, DVDs will be shipped either in an envelope, small box or medium box. Usually orders under four DVDs will be shipped in a flat rate envelope, more than five will be shipped in a small box, using regular priority mail. On occasion I will ship singles in a small box.

Depending on where you live, orders shipping in the USA are delivered on an average of 2 days. I am located in the Los Angeles area. And most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, sometimes same day. I have seen a 2 day delivery on the east coast, but that is not all the time, normally its 3 days during the week, on weekends it could take 5, and holidays even longer.

International:

I also use the US Postal Service for Orders going overseas, the services are:
Priority Mail International & Express Mail International

Delivery Estimates:
Priority Mail - 6 to 10 business days
Express Mail - 5 business days

The delivery time may take longer for orders going overseas, than what is estimated, due to sometimes being held up at your customs inspection. You may also be charged an additional fee, for imports. I do not know how much the import fees are, but be warned you may have to pay extra.
